This notice explains how Vertex Strategic Consulting L.L.C-FZ (Trade Licence No. 2643474), trading as Vertex Strategic Consultancy (“VSC”, “we”, “us”), of Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E., handles personal information collected through this website. We respect your privacy and treat all enquiries in confidence.

Information we collect

When you submit our enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address and, optionally, your organisation, telephone number, area of interest and message. Our web server also records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which is used for security and to keep the site running reliably.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, where you go on to engage us, to discuss and deliver our services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies

This website uses a single, strictly necessary session cookie to protect the enquiry form from misuse. It contains no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Third-party content

Some images and fonts on this site are loaded from third-party services (Unsplash and Google Fonts). These providers may receive your IP address when your browser requests these files.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, and we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
